What we can help with

Questions about how the platform works; a listing whose data is wrong or outdated; a “View Auction” link that no longer works; problems with your account, followed auctions or email alerts; and commercial collaboration.

When you report a listing, include its URL on this site and, if possible, a screenshot of what you see. We check every report against the original auction listing.

What we cannot do

We do not run the auctions, so we cannot place bids for you, negotiate prices, arrange viewings, confirm the condition of a vehicle or issue invoices. For anything about a specific sale, contact the auction site named on the listing.
